Reviews and awards
After earning his first Michelin star at the La Barbacane restaurant in Carcassonne, the chef, Franck Putelat, won the Bocuse d’Argent at the 2003 edition of the world cookery competition. His consummate perfectionism also took him to the final of the prestigious Meilleur Ouvrier de France competition in 2011. In March 2012, he earned a second Michelin star for his Le Parc Hotel-Restaurant.
